We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and committed person to assist in HR operations for our Hong Kong office. You will work alongside the HR Director and support the HR admin function of the office as necessary. There is potential of permanent job offer for final year students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting and gathering job descriptions;
- Assist in organizing HR documents in database;
- Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis
- Create presentations and conduct research;
- Assist in formulating and drafting company policies and procedures to align with business need and strategies
- Support and assist administratively the HR function when requested;
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements
- Undergraduates in Human Resources or other relevant discipline, in any year of study
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills;
- A can-do attitude; you are diligent and loyal, quick, effective and responsible;
- Self-motivation, being attentive to detail and independent fast learner, not afraid but excited from often changes;
- Readiness to help and support other's work, being highly proactive yourself.
