The Team Leader is a true brand ambassador, reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values at all times. Support the Management team with overseeing the day-to-day operations on counter/in-store.

Commerciality
- Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets, including Key Performance Indicators; Average Pound Sales (AS) and Average Unit Sales (AUS)
- Support the Management team to determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands and showing a genuine enthusiasm, commitment and interest in the Company’s performance
- Monitor competitor activity and react/feedback accordingly
Service
- Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
- Manage customer queries efficiently, using sound judgment and achieving positive outcomes
- Coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both areas of service and artistry Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines
People
- Support the Management team with staff scheduling to ensure they are effective in relation to store trading patterns, sales targets and footfall
- Create a positive and cooperative team culture in store, through team meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and celebrating performance where necessary
- Lead by example with immaculate grooming, inspiring your team to always reflect their makeup look; sleek, sophisticated and glamourous
Operational
- Ensure that exceptional visual and hygiene standards are maintained on the counter
- Execute visual merchandising, new launch displays and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team Monitor stock levels and maintain an accurate stock file at all times
- Ensure the Company cash loss prevention and security policies are adhered to at all times
- Maintain technology on counter, raising any operational issues for resolution in a timely manner
Store and Retail Partner Relationships (if within a host store)
- Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail operations team
- Maintain the store standards and ensure all policies are adhered to at all times
- Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within store
