IT Support System Analyst, Hong Kong

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an IT Support System Analyst fluent in English and Chinese, to offer his/her services as an expert in System Support and Maintenance projects of the company, in the field of e-Government. The work will be carried out at the premises of the client in Hong Kong. In the context of this assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the System Support and Maintenance teams of the company, interfacing and closely cooperating within the client’s Management, Business and Technical responsible teams.
Main responsibilities and Tasks:
- System and User Support;
- Helpdesk Services, incidents, problems, issues, management, and reporting;
- Participation in progress meetings with the Client and the Maintenance team members;
- Participation in testing, training and documentation activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related subject, or equivalent;
- 3 years of System Analysis amp; Design IT experience, in at least one of the following areas: multi-tier web applications, e-forms processing, document management, workflow management, rule management, data management, business intelligence, and search engines;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written (Traditional Chinese) and spoken (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Analytical thinking, good presentation, client-oriented and collaboration skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office suite; - Understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, technologies will form an asset.
