Requirements

  • You’ll be a passionate, engaged and motivated brand ambassador for MATCHESFASHION

  • You are a self-starter who is action-orientated with a clear vision of each project and where impact can be made for our business
  • You think globally, and have experience with ideating and executing brand messaging strategy regionally
  • You will have a strong understanding of the luxury, retail, lifestyle and fashion industries with the ability to present and communicate confidently to high level partners amp; audience
  • Solid global experience in a similar role

What the job involves

  • This role will be responsible for growing brand engagement and recognition of MATCHESFASHION and the personal luxury shopping experience we offer. You will work with our Regional Director to lead the development of regional communications, including but not limited to, social, digital, PR, influencer and brand ambassador engagement strategies, to generate collaborative content amp; activations
  • You will also work closely with other teams within the company such as merchandising, buying, communications and editorial, ensuring the strategic brand marketing plan remains consistent regionally, across all multichannel touchpoints and advances the identity, awareness and visibility of our brand
  • Establish and maintain the MATCHESFASHION visual tone of voice amp; art direction across all customer touch points
  • Drive innovation to position MATCHESFASHION as an industry leader in brand and experiential marketing
  • Lead and distribute brand marketing budget, introducing the best regional suppliers, in line with communications and editorial
  • Identify and sustain strategic brand partnerships and collaborations regionally with media, influencers, designers and lifestyle brands
  • Recognise and develop potential new business partnerships, advancing and communicating the new business strategy regionally
  • Work with the Private Shopping to ensure customers are regularly engaged through meaningful brand moments in the region
  • Lead brand partnerships, events and sponsorships and develop strategies to leverage brand and consumer engagement online
  • Help key markets define communications and engagement opportunities, challenges and priorities


SKILLS amp; EXPERIENCE

  • Due to the nature of this role we are looking for a candidate who is immediately available or on short notice.
  • English verbal and written communication must be excellent. Bilingual speaker is a plus.
  • You will ideally have extensive, proven experience with media, online marketing, and/or ecommerce marketing strategies is preferred alongside experience with partnerships and managing events (digital and physical).
  • You must have regional brand marketing experience in Asia, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • You must have experience in managing staff, agencies, budgets and project managing full year marketing strategies and exceptional capacity to work across teams and foster re
