About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager/ Account Manager to join our Partnerships team. The candidate will provide operational and business support to scale our cryptocurrency platform to greater heights. The candidate is expected to collaborate with several different functions within Crypto.com and external parties, owning multiple responsibilities involving several Crypto.com products, such as the Crypto.com App, Exchange, and Crypto.org Chain.
Responsibilities
External Project Partnerships
- Represent Crypto.com on various partnership initiatives with external cryptocurrency projects, exchanges, wallets, etc.
- Manage the onboarding of various digital assets to the Crypto.com platform, which includes information and document collection, facilitating internal reviews and negotiation.
- Contract Preparation amp; Execution Internal amp; external Liaison, etc
- Initiate amp; support activities in relation to Crypto.com, including external integrations with exchanges, wallets, platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Project Listings amp; Campaign Management
- Ensure all digital assets on Crypto.com’s platform continue to fulfill and adhere to set onboarding requirements surrounding blockchain, security, legal amp; compliance.
- Design amp; Administer engaging campaigns across various Crypto.com product lines to ensure growth objectives are met.
- Closely liaise with different teams including Exchange, Data, Product, Marketing and, Finance to ensure listing initiatives and campaigns are successfully run.
- Provide swift operational support as needed to ensure business continuity (i.e, currency activation, market expansion, internal re-configurations, etc.)
Crypto.org Chain Ecosystem
- Lead amp; support partnership initiatives in conjunction with the blockchain team to grow Crypto.org Chain. This may include engaging with validator communities, explorers, wallets, service providers, and many more!
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, partnerships, or related fields.
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration.
- Great attention to detail and timely delivery of business-critical tasks.
- Proven ability to work remotely, demonstrate ownership limited supervision.
- High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Plus Points
- Track record or work experience in fintech, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency industry.
- Experience in utilizing a data management platform for managing workflows (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience in campaign management (offline or online) from start to finish.
- Track record of meeting business objectives in a high-growth environment.
- Degree holder in business or commerce-related field.
- Communicative and collaborative personality, overall great person to work with.
- Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
