Product Delivery Specialist - Global Fintech Startup

As a Product Delivery Specialist at Crypto.com, you will play a key role in launching new products and features by architecting scalable project delivery processes and working with cross-functional teams to identify roadblocks and inefficiencies in our current product development cycle.

Here are the key responsibilities that you will be entrusted to undertake:

People management and leadership

• Inspires colleagues to work collaboratively to support constant improvement and achieve superior results; leverages diverse communication styles and backgrounds to expand thinking, speed learning and improve effectiveness.

Manage processes and control

• Ownership for process and systems improvements, incorporating key control alignment

Build cross-functional relationships

• Acting as a partner across Product Team and to the other key stakeholders (Business, Tech, Growth, Trading, etc.) in relation to Product Control process matters

Champion changes to existing processes

• Support change management design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Act as point for senior leaders within Product Control helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor

Drive results

• Create plan for consistent global processes, systems and technology and organization structure

• Integrate planned change management activities into project plans
• Create actionable deliverables and drive the agenda forward
• Track and provide regular report updates
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Requirements

• Software project management experience in the finance industry.
• Proven experience in digital solution development and rollout, e.g. Mobile apps, Web development

• Proven ability and experience of leading change across a number of different teams / stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Strong inter-communication skills to communicate and persuade effectively to teammates at all levels across the organization.
• Experience/Interest in blockchain and decentralized finance is a plus
• Ability, maturity and gravitas to challenge ideas and balance opportunities and threats
• Excellent spoken amp; written English. Cantonese and Mandarin is a big plus.
