We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and committed person to assist in HR operations for our Hong Kong office. You will work alongside the HR Director and support the HR admin function of the office as necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis;
- Assist in the updates of HR Handbook and metrics for different locations;
- Assist in formulating and drafting company policies and procedures to align with business need and strategies
- Create presentations and conduct research;
- Assist in job posting and gathering job descriptions;
- Support and assist administratively the HR function when requested;
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in HR operations and administration
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills;
- A can-do attitude; you are diligent and loyal, quick, effective and responsible;
- Self-motivation, being attentive to detail and independent fast learner, not afraid but excited from often changes;
