We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to manage paid search and paid social marketing campaigns for our client base in Hong Kong, across Southeast Asia and in the UK.
This role will involve setting up new paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Business Manager, ongoing optimisation of paid marketing campaigns, holding meetings and calls to discuss client performance and reporting performance to clients.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all key Google Ads campaigns for our clients on Google Search and Google Display
- Manage ad campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Facebook and Instagram
- Manage ad campaigns in English and Traditional Chinese
- Provide weekly reporting to key clients and monthly reporting insights on all campaigns
- Have one to one calls with specific key clients when needed
- Participate in regular campaign review calls and meetings with clients
- Set up reporting dashboards for certain clients where required
- Provide recommendations on paid marketing strategy options for prospective clients
- Provide performance forecasts to new prospective clients on specific proposed paid marketing campaigns
- Lead the product development of future paid marketing strategies within the company
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience running paid marketing campaigns for websites
- Holds the Google Ads Search certification
- Other paid marketing related certifications also desirable
- People person with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English required, with native or fluent Cantonese also desired
- Experience in paid digital marketing either in-house or within an agency
- Hands on experience in one or more other digital marketing channels would also be favourable
