Responsibilities

• Liaise with translators and internal stakeholders on project planning and execution.
• Pre-localization tasks: after receiving a new request, analyse the source files, update the glossary, create clear guidelines and anticipate any potential issues.
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Update PO.
• Query Management.
• Identify improvement opportunities.
• Ready to roll up your sleeves for ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• 1-2 years project management experience in a LSP.
• Fluent English.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage to work across multiple time zones if required.
• Ability to assess the difficulty of a text and anticipate potential issues.
• Ability to build good relationships, excellent communication skills.
