As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the company’s day-to-day operations, providing administrative support and assuring a smooth and confidential flow of information. We are looking for a cheerful and energetic self-starter, ready to face the daily challenges of a fast-growing FinTech Startup.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administration co-ordination and support
- Act as the point of contact for internal/external clients through maintaining executives’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Organize travel arrangements, business meetings, and team meetings/off-sites in a timely manner (including planning an itinerary, booking flights and accommodation, obtaining visas, handling expense reimbursements etc.)
- Perform other ad-hoc administration assignments to support the executive team
Requirements
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must
- Diploma level or above with at least 2 to 3 years working experience, with experience in providing broad-based secretarial / business administration support would be a plus
- High proficiency level in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Photoshop skills a plus
- Discrete individual with ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Detailed-minded and take initiative to manage daily tasks are critical
- Mature and confident with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and proactively ask questions
- Experience working in a multinational environment will be highly regarded
