Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening to liaising with hiring managers
- Coordinate HR and recruitment events
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal/external parties to meet business and hiring needs
- Formulate integrated solutions in key areas, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, staff benefits
- Perform ad hoc recruitment or HR projects as assigned
- Prepare analytic reports for management presentation when required
- Assist in providing administrative support to day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline; Majoring in HRM is an advantage
- 1-2 years of solid experience in HR/recruitment, IT sector or relevant industry is preferred
- Good PC skills, robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
