Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the right Digital amp; CRM strategy for APAC based on global and regional business direction
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective
- Lead CRM business review as to drive achievement of CRM KPIs, provide insights to better understand business challenges and identify marketing planning opportunities
- Come up with innovative ways of collecting and activating data based on business insights amp; drive recommendations
- Accountable for brand data governance across digital ecosystem
- Lead and manage all owned and paid media execution and collaborate with APAC PR team on earned media across omni PR, digital, and social media channels for the region
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Validate overall social media budget allocation by campaign and by channel (search, owned social, paid media, OOH/ DOOH etc.)
- Work closely with trade marketing and commercial team to implement e-retail executions for brand EPOPUP and retail partners, including but not limited to CRM, Website Visibility, Digital Media, Product Content, Social Media, Sampling
- Collaborate with marketing team to build digital media campaign strategy utilizing best practice media and content strategies
- Keep the brand program updated with the evolving of the trend and best practices in the market amp; industry in order to understand consumer needs and expectation
- Track metrics, ROI and evaluate KPIs to monitor and identify campaign performance and develop tactics to continuously test and learn for improvement

Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in data, CRM and consumer experience, preferably in retail industry
- Degree holder in any related discipline, preferably Business Administration, CRM, Consumer experience, Data and Business Analytics
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tool i.e. Google Analytics
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, SEO and paid advertising
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong passions on consumer centricity and data
- Strong project management skills and collaborative mindset
- Able to develop 360 strategic marketing plan at the same time attention to details in execution
- Excellent presentation and influence skills to cross-functions and all levels internally and externally
- Result-driven, highly flexible, able to take challenges in fast-paced environment with strong organizational and prioritising skills
- Passionate team player, open-minded, willing to try new ideas amp; scopes and inspire others
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English amp; Mandarin
- Knowledge in data analytics / data science will be an advantage
