Help drive revenue via B2C CRM communication focusing on markets in APAC
Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the CRM Regional Manager, the CRM Manager is responsible for deploying emails and push notifications and will help the company drive revenue via B2C CRM communication globally, focused solely on markets in APAC.

For this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Build emails via WYSIWYG and HTML/CSS, as well as Jinja, our liquid templating language
  • Test and schedule emails, both automated and one-off emails
  • Ensure messages are mobile-friendly
  • Pull insights via Looker (Tableau competitor) and the databases directly with SQL
  • Work with multiple teams globally
  • Work with the eCommerce team to drive revenue on a daily basis
  • Support the CRM team on the ideation and implementation of emails, including lifecycle emails, trigger-based emails, and revenue-driving emails
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required

Skilled in HTML/CSS and a dynamic self-starter
We are looking for someone who is skilled in HTML/CSS and is excited at the opportunity of improving their SQL, liquid templating, and CRM integration skills. We need a dynamic and passionate self-starter and envision that you are resourceful and willing to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented.

Furthermore, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Fluent in English and either Cantonese or Japanese
  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM/email marketing
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and aptitude to learn dynamic coding languages like Jinja and database languages like SQL
  • Previous use of ESPs and CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Klaviyo, Braze
  • Familiarity with other email tools like Everest and Litmus is a plus
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Pristine attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
