We're on the lookout for a Global Supply Manager who will be managing the relationship and development of our suppliers. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic and isn’t afraid of responsibility from day one!
The company is headquartered in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with an additional office in Hong Kong. This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong and you will report to VP of Manufacturing.
You’ll be focused on:
- develop procurement strategy
- manage cost negotiations
- maintain supplier relationships
- drive suppliers to fulfill commitment with leverage within commercial context
- purchasing operations
- quarterly business review w/ key CMs amp; suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management particularly with suppliers in HK, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and major South East Asia countries.
- Experienced in working on emerging consumer electronic product is an advantage
- Advanced use of Excel with data modeling and analytics capability
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Must have full HKID and right to work in Hong Kong
