We're on the lookout for an Materials Program Manager who will be maintaining the crucial materials pipeline for our production. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic and isn’t afraid of responsibility from day one!

The company is headquartered in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with an additional office in Hong Kong. This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong and you will report to VP of Manufacturing.

You’ll be focused on:

• Being part of the Sales amp; Operations Planning (Samp;OP) with our internal teams
• Managing the Clear To Build (CTB) process with CM and our Global Supply Managers (GSM)
• Managing spot buys in case of supply discontinuity, and drive supply issues to closure with cross-functional team
• NPI materials readiness
• Logistics of materials to our CM
• Eamp;O process
• Working with cross-functional team to resolve any supply issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Materials/Production/Planning
• Advanced use of Excel with data modeling and analytics capability
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Must have full HKID and right to work in Hong Kong
