From the initial idea conception to building the website, designing the product, finding the manufacturing partner, buying the inventory, managing the logistics, getting the inventory to our US warehouse, creating ads, selling to our end consumer, and the after customer care, we manage everything in-house.
Requirements
The Administrative Assistant role at Galton Voysey is primarily focused on assisting our CEO. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assist in reaching out to partners or candidates
- Managing email inbox
- Purchasing and delivering Corporate gifts
- Ad-hoc tasks
The contractor must be fully proficient in English (written and spoken).
You will be working from home/remotely, with clear KPI's of what needs to be achieved on a weekly basis. This is a part-time contractor role with flexible hours.
