About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Technical Project Management Associate, who is responsible for planning and managing Hong Kong Infrastructure IT team projects implementations and compliance related projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with the IT team, security and compliance teams to elicit user requirement, define project scope and manage the projects till knowledge transfer
- Act as a security team point of contact in terms of the collaboration with different teams.
- Work directly with the compliance and enterprise operational risk team to test and release implementations.
- Provide support amp; communicate with the Global security team.
- Take the initiative and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or lead technical support role for software applications.
- Must be proactive and possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching IT projects and security-related products.
- Remote work using collaboration and IM software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical background, with experience in Cloud service
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Has to be proactive and passionate about project management and security.
