From the initial idea conception to building the website, designing the product, finding the manufacturing partner, buying the inventory, managing the logistics, getting the inventory to our US warehouse, creating ads, selling to our end consumer, and the after customer care, we manage everything in-house.
About the Position
You will be at the heart of the logistics and inventory management for all house brands, taking on full responsibility of speedy yet cost-efficient deliveries through managing inventory placement and delivery services. Deliveries are never easy across multiple warehouses, so there will be a lot of data-heavy tasks, so an eye for detail and a skill for excel is highly sought after. In addition to ensuring constant inventory with Brand Managers, you are expected to manage warehouse expectations and performance, therefore strong persistent communication skills are also a huge plus.
We guarantee that this will be a challenging job at the core of the brand, where you will learn all the ins and outs of ecommerce retail. Prior experience in the field of eCommerce logistics or fulfillment is by no means necessary. Instead, we are looking for outstanding and ambitious fresh graduates who are ready to challenge old-fashioned ways of working within the industry by applying common sense to problems. It will be high stress in certain quarters, because if it breaks down at you, all hell will break loose. But it will also be highly rewarding, as you will be at the backbone of the business, what you do matters. Be prepared to take on a load of responsibilities, take on challenges on trying to fix problems before they occur, whilst also trying to streamline and improve the current process of things.
