We are looking for a talented leader to oversee business operations at WATI. This is a unique opportunity that will enable you to work closely with cross-functional teams. As Business Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Customer Success team, improving on existing processes and procedures to ensure maximum output, and implementing effective reporting and productivity goals for company teams. The ideal candidate has strong generalist skills and has had a proven track record of being able to step into any role and help out with any project as needed. A passion for startups is a must.
What you'll do:
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish KPIs, and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the company and market
- Create opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design and cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business sustainability
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
- Identify and implement new initiatives with key stakeholders to develop, champion, and launch new initiatives
- Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various related departments to optimize team performance
Requirements
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
- Able to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously and with great time management skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and metrics
- Analytical bent of mind - extremely comfortable with numbers and data
- Good knowledge on operations management
