Requirements
- In charge the sales documents (quotation/ contacts/ contract renewals) after CDE defining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions.
- Maintaining data management and integrity to the system.
- Preparing the Reporting and analysis (like CVC) for the business development..
- Working as administrative and sales buddy to the Sales team
- Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- F.6 or above/ Higher Diploma/University degree or equivalent in Business Administration with at least ONE TWO year working experience (Fresh Graduate will be consider with less experience) .
- Solid experience on sales administration/ Customer Care/ business development field.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Independent. Outgoing, energetic with good selling and closing skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
- Immediate available is preferred.
