- Prepare daily services planning, scheduling amp; booking
- Support service team and be responsible for day-to-day customers enquires
- Maintain the usage rate of service tack by the operation staff
- Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the electronic device
- Input/update data into systems
- Generate amp; prepare service reports
- Ad hoc duties as when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above with 1 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
- Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office, MS Windows and Chinese typing
- Good communication amp; analytical skill
- Patient and detail mind
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn
