- Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction and good relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service and after-sales service including contract renewal
- Respond to customer hotlines enquires, web enquiries and complaints
- Reporting and analysis for the business
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction research and consolidate customer feedback report for improvement
- Administrative and sales support to the Customer Care and Sales team
- Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/University degree or equivalent in Business Administration with at least one year working experience.
- Solid experience on Customer Care field
- Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and energetic team player
- Good Command of Spoken and Written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications
