About the role

As Operation Optimization Manager at Crypto.com, you will play a key role in facilitating the launch of new products and features by optimizing the current workflow to ensure best practices are followed and inefficiencies in our current product development cycle.Here are the key responsibilities that you will be entrusted to undertake:

People management and leadership

• Inspires colleagues to work collaboratively to support constant improvement and achieve superior results; leverages diverse communication styles and backgrounds to expand thinking, speed learning and improve effectiveness.

SOP Governance

• Identify delivery gaps, recommend process improvements to optimise delivery output, drive internal projects to run periodic review of the SOP completeness and accuracy.
• Operation Management System and Tool Optimization. Cooperate with Product and Tech team to implement all SOP and Incident related system and tool optimization. Increase the efficiency and risk prevention.
• Collaborate both internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up.

Build cross-functional relationships

• Acting as a partner across Product Team, Tech Team and to the other key stakeholders (Business, Strategy, Data, Growth, Trading, etc.) in relation to Operation process matters

Champion changes to existing processes

• Support change management design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Act as point for senior leaders within Operation process Control helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• 6 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferable with internal or external consulting background.
• Hands-on experience of operational work experience, preferably finance related.
• Solid understanding and execution of project management, incident management, SOP governance and upkeep
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross team collaboration.
• Ability, maturity and gravitas to challenge ideas and balance opportunities and threats
• Fluent verbal and written English, Cantonese is a big plus.
