Your role:
Working within our IT team, you will be tasked with supporting our operations, MDD and other departments with trouble-shooting, hardware and software installation / support when required. For this role, you manage IT service and operation including budget planning, supplier management, procurement, service management and staff development. You should have a good understanding of different systems and be flexible with working hours and locations, as we continue to grow across Hong Kong. Responsibilities:- Managing IT service and operation including budget planning, supplier management, procurement, service management and staff development.
IT Administration:- Responsible for budget planning and sourcing to ensure quality IT service delivered to support the business needs.
IT Operations:- Oversees and maintains IT operations for 8 stores and 1 office.
- Manage a team of 2 engineers in supporting daily operations.
- Drive general improvements across IT services to achieve operational excellence.
- Cooperate with international teams for project implementation.
- Coordinate between external IT vendors and users to ensure successful execution of services and projects.
- Liaise and provide assistance on any new initiative related to IT service to support the business.
Team Management- Responsible for team development and performance.
- Empower team members to deliver professional IT services
Requirements:- Passion for sports
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, experience in retail IT is preferred;
- ITILv4 holder preferred
- Detail-minded and well-organized
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset with the highest level of professionalism
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
