We are looking for an
IT Service Intern to join our dynamic team. Working within our IT team, you will be tasked with supporting our operations, other departments with trouble-shooting, hardware and software installation / support when required. For this role, you will have a good understanding of different systems and opportunities to work with our international team.

Our Summer internship programme will start approximately in June with a span of three months across the Summer period. Our intern positions are paid on a fixed rate and on a full time basis.What to expect
- Provide IT technical advice and support for users including trouble-shooting and hardware/software installation
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
- Develop and maintain knowledge base and related documentation
- Manage to report any disconformity of current project deliverables

Must haves Programme requirements:
- University students graduating in or after 2022, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or any computer related discipline
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
- Basic IT Infrastructure amp; Network knowledge
- Be comfortable to learn more about end-user support amp; system administration
- A Can do attitude, with a general thirst to learn. You are a humble person who desires to grow and work beyond expectations
Nice to haves:
- Familiar with Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, and Drive
- Knowledge in RFID technology
- Project Management skills
- IT Security awareness
