We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. We have a young People amp; Culture department and stakeholder experience. Exceeding expectations on satisfaction and quality while not compromising on our initiatives is always our top priority.

- Build your fundamental on HR Topic: You will learn amp; understand the HR life-cycles (talent acquisition, onboarding, internal movement and exit), HR operations and administration

- Work with the most energetic and talented bunch: You will gain cross departmental exposure and hands on work experience to further develop your communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Summer internship programme will start approximately in June and with a span of three months across the Summer period. Our intern positions are paid on a fixed rate and on a full time basis.What to expect
- Work together with People amp; Culture team to assist the hosting of employee engagement activities with the purpose to promote engagement, Inclusion and retention
- Support on the coordination and execution of various training initiatives and processes across the whole Decathlon Hong Kong
- Provide support in the maintenance of various People amp; Culture team data and reports

Must haves Programme requirements:
- University students graduating in or after 2022, students majoring in Human Resources would be highly preferred
- Proactive and enthusiastic: An entrepreneurial mindset with a Can do attitude to work on new and daring initiatives
- Creativity amp; Growth hacking mindset: The drive to think outside the box, committed to implementing new processes and dedicated to self-development
- Well articulated with strong presentation skills. Fluency in both English and Chinese are highly preferred.
Nice to haves:
- Previous intern experience in the HR field is not a must, but would be preferred
- Unafraid to take risks, challenge themselves and confident with tackling multiple priorities
