Job Description

Accountant to be part of our Team
Main Responsibilities will include
Prepare payment in web-bank and prepare the payment request supporting to Headquarter.
Petty cash distributionamp; Petty cash reports
Comparingamp; checking monthly customer statement with customer receiving data
Customer VAT invoices issuance
Two car service provider's monthly car expense checkingamp; prepare the expense report
Sort out daily HK truck shipment value.
China staff re-imbursement expense collecting and receipts checking and investigation for the public transportation cost in different provinces.
Monthly stock taken.
Responsible for the dispatch of factory trucks dispatch vehicles to factories and ports
timely and in a reasonable way.
Coordinate the sudden situation in transportations and report to the supervisor in a
timely manner.
Check car and truck costs with suppliers and send costs summary to supervisor for
Requirements
1.Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Accounting/Finance.
2.At least 3 year's overall accounting experience.
3.Proactive, organized, independent problem-solver.
4.Will ng to take responsibility and work under pressure.
5.Strong computer skills(Excel, Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.)
6.English can be used as working language
