Handle and prepare Shipping documents (incoming and outgoing). Coordinate with factories and freight forwarders for booking and shipment arrangements. Send daily, weekly and monthly shipping reports, inventory reports, etc. Process the custom declarations. Inventory Management and Control. Communications with overseas offices. Data Entry. Administrative and clerical work: - Handle Reception
- Ordering office supplies and warehouse supplies.
- Handle office contract renewals following company policy.
- Handle the correspondence.
- Coordinate the travel arrangements in HK for overseas employees, clients, vendors, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by reporting manager.Requirements
At least 2 years' sold relevant working experience. Junior college or above diploma. Skillful in Microsoft office operation. Good command of written English, oral English ability will be a plus. well-organized, self-motivated. Proactive and willing to take the initiative.
