We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Business intelligence Analyst to work closely with the team and make data backed decisions fast.
In this role, you work with product managers, data scientists to solve some of the most challenging problems the company is facing. You will be delivering reports, dashboards, data sources, actionable insights based on analyses and experimentation to empower the team in making informed decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive and user friendly dashboard on Tableau for business teams
- Unlock the power of data to help teams drive business impact, and make the best decisions, fast. Working with teams across the company, we ensure WATI is solving problems with relevant and accurate data.
- Strategize and work with tech and product team on data collection to enable business decisions, such as operations optimization and product mix strategies
- Analyze business data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities
- Work closely with business teams, and understand their requirements to provide data-driven insights and reports
- Conduct in-depth analytical studies combining external research data and internal business analytics to facilitate senior management decisions
- Derive hypotheses for growth and work cross functionally to execute prioritized experiments that align with business performance and customer needs
What will make you stand out:
- You have prior experience as a data analyst, in handling large data sets and relational databases
- Working experience in an early-stage startup is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions on your feet with minimal supervision, end-to-end ownership to drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering with exposure in business intelligence project
- Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, VBA, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Super organized and meticulous - world class on follow through
- Analytical bent of mind - extremely comfortable with numbers and data
- Super strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- MS office Ninja - Excel is a MUST
- If you can code, there's nothing like it (but we're okay if you can't)
- Ability and willingness to work with people at all levels and different backgrounds
