We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders to help us effectively execute our mission and make WATI.io the most loved product ever! Be ready to get your hands dirty in almost everything and anything that requires your immediate attention.

In this role, you will be a mini-CEO - one that doesn't come with a defined set of responsibilities. You will be working closely with the leadership team, someone who would have to do whatever it takes to build and scale WATI.io with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the founders to instill the practices that are aligned to the culture at WATI.io. Draft and track individual and team metrics.
  • Shadow founders to external/internal meetings, and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive user and market research of the industry, landscape, and competitors to inform product positioning.
  • Drive metrics on product adoption, engagement, growth. Think of out-of-the-box solutions to solve problems in these areas.
  • Being the champion of the companyinterfacing with customers, candidates truly representing what we are.
  • Collaborate between the technology, product, and marketing teams to create sales and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in growth marketing strategies and experimentationincluding lead generation, outreach, content and partnerships.

What will make you stand out:

  • You have prior experience managing the offices of CEOs/CXOs or working in an early-stage startup as a core member.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions on your feet with minimal supervision, end-to-end ownership to drive outcomes.
  • You love building a company or team from scratch, preferably B2B SaaS ecosystem, and care about building the culture deeply.
  • You have a compelling desire to grow and advance a career in B2B sales and data excites you!

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Super organized and meticulous - world class on follow through
  • Analytical bent of mind - extremely comfortable with numbers and data
  • Super strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • MS office Ninja - Excel is a MUST
  • If you can code, there's nothing like it (but we're okay if you can't)
  • Ability and willingness to work with people at all levels and different backgrounds
