We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to accelerate our growth across our Tech and Product orgs. In addition to needs analysis, sourcing, interviewing and closing great candidates, you get to improve upon our recruiting strategy, ensuring candidates have a planet class experience from first introduction all the way through to their onboarding.

The Senior Tech Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. The key focus will be to attract top talent and partner with hiring managers on their hiring needs across Tech and Product hiring.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies for the Tech and Product organisations
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process to offer negotiation for all technical and product roles
  • Establish innovative strategies for building talent pipelines to support current and future needs of the business
  • Be a true talent partner to the Tech and Product organisations by not just executing but also innovating, consulting and advising Department Heads
  • Drive related projects around employer branding, early careers, graduate events, and process improvements and the candidate/hiring manager experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Tech recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech start-ups/companies or agencies
  • Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
  • Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship building skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English
