Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy and driven sales executive with lead qualifying experience and strong technical aptitude. Identiv's Identity Division (Transponder and RFID products) is fast-growing and requires a capable Strategic Account Manager. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving consistent profitable growth within the region by achieving sales objectives within designated and personally developed Transponder accounts in the region. They will develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections. This individual would possess a clear understanding of the needs of the customers and provide Identiv solutions that exceed their expectations.
You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, and follow-up with customers. You must possess excellent communication skills and have marketing and sales acumen to develop leads and explain the products addressing questions and concerns to make sales.
You’ll be part of Identiv’s global Transponder Sales Team which is split into three major territories (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). The Transponder organization is comprised of product management personnel located in the US and Germany, our Munich-based Ramp;D team, and our Singapore-based manufacturing.
As part of the APAC team, you will identify new prospects and help broaden the existing customer base. In your role, you also will interact quite closely with some of our major chip suppliers like NXP, Infineon, ST, Impinj, and more. NXP, in particular, is one of Identiv’s major lead generators and requires close attention. Pipeline generation using Salesforce.com as a companywide tool is a key activity of this particular role. Frequent interaction with our overseas factory in Singapore will be part of the day-to-day activities.
