As one of our Management Trainees you will spend 3 months in each:
- Growth Hacking
You’ll be exposed to leading edge digital marketing, email marketing, managing Shopify stores, creating compelling content and advertising and much more. You will be working with our portfolio brands growing their sales, nurturing their existing customers and developing other aspects of their businesses.
- Operations / Logistics
You’ll play an integral role in creating multiple brands and products across all categories from scratch. You will lead and manage the process from initial conception through to distribution and ensure our external partners are delivering at the right time. This will see your involvement in all aspects of the supply chain including design, sourcing, manufacturing, IP, legal, compliance, importing and logistics.
- Customer Service
You’ll write, create, edit, proof-read attention-grabbing content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and so on.
You’ll manage our winning DTC social media presence, including content planning, content creation, creating daily engaging posts
- PR, Talent, Accounting, Legal
You’ll create new written content, videos, PR releases, news for Galton Voysey, our DTC brands, and individuals within the company. You’ll need to be able to pitch ideas, angles, write the articles and get the articles published on different reputable platforms. In addition, you will gain exposure to areas such as talent acquisition, accounting and legal.
