Animoca Brands, Hong Kong’s latest Unicorn, and Brinc have launched Launchpad Luna, a new accelerator program to identify, mentor, and invest in promising blockchain, non-fungible tokens (NFT), GameFi/Blockchain-based Gaming, and DeFi amp; DApps startups that are shaping the future of the Web3.0 and driving digitalization.
Launchpad Luna will also accept high-potential startups seeking to adopt blockchain, NFT, GameFi/Blockchain-based Gaming, and DeFi amp; DApps into their core business. This role will support this newly launched program.
As Brinc's Associate Program Manager (APM) for the DeFi amp; DApps Accelerator, you will be accountable for implementing any of the proposed changes and improvements to the DeFi amp; DApps Accelerator program, coordinating the program's projects and supporting them in their inter-dependencies.
Under the direction of the Program Manager (PM), the APM will coordinate and run all operational aspects of the program, and pay particular attention to processes and existing tools for the effective coordination of the program’s projects and management of the many related activities including oversight of any risks and issues that arise during the delivery of the Accelerator will be essential.
The APM also works closely with the founders of the startups which they supervise; becoming one of the first lines of interactions between Brinc and Founders. They are expected to take on all tasks to learn how to run an accelerator program.
You are the most organized person you know! And you are the most clued-up person about DeFi in your circles. You should be a naturally technically-minded person, as well as being a cool-tempered professional who is able to handle stress.
You are well versed in Blockchain, Smart Contract and DeFi-related technologies and you care about the future of the space.
We expect you to have an organized and analytical mind. You have strong analytical and communication skills. If you are also confident in your client interfacing skills and project management abilities, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to support all startups that join the Launchpad Luna Blockchain and DeFi Accelerator program.

This role is highly dynamic and collaborative. To execute your responsibilities, you will be working with cross-functional teams with members from different divisions and geographies.
Example Projects
- Run a successful Demo Day for each accelerator cohort showcasing our investments to ecosystem partners and investors
- Manage and design internal and external communication channels such as slack the slack group for each cohort
- Manage a team of interns to execute program objectives
- Collaborate with Brinc’s marketing team to develop cohort-specific marketing collateral for founders
- Architect and audit founders’ journey from start to finish in Brinc’s accelerator program
- Support with end-to-end scoping, execution, and delivery of Launchpad Luna, Brinc’s Blockchain and DeFi amp; DApps Accelerator program
- Generate and coordinate educational and market research material for the Program
- Analyze the technical viability of potential startups and conduct technical due diligence during the startup selection and Investment Committee process
- Mentor startups and assist them with their technical needs, including but not limited to:
- Provide creative strategic plans and directions to startups in the accelerator program in order to create new DeFi amp; DApps projects
- Use performance data to help startups iterate and improve MVP
