Service Consultant

Job Description
- Act as a PreSales consultant and team-work with Sales to address customers digitization and cybersecurity needs;
- Interface directly with customers to perform requirement analyses, provide technical consultation, systems design and articulate service proposals with clear value propositions;
- Facilitate the service activation through a smooth and structured PreSales-to-PostSales handover;
- Assure that the services delivered to clients fulfill promises and service levels according to proposals.
- Work closely and discuss with development team
Requirements
- University graduate in Business, Information amp; Communications Technologies (ICT), Electronic / Computer Engineering or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience on handling ICT solutions and consultancy services;
- Positive attitude, analytical, responsible and self-motivation.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Practical skills and hands-on experience in Systems and/or Cybersecurity are preferred;
- Applicants with relevant technical certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, etc will be an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Service Consultant;
