Job Description

  • Lead various units of engineers to deliver project implementation service and maintenance support service for customers
  • Manage and monitor progress of project implementation
  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues to vendor, customer and internal parties
  • Plan and arrange resources for different projects and support requirement
  • Work with solution team for proposal development and validation

Requirements

  • Degree holders in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology or related disciplines are preferred
  • More than 10 years of relevant working experience in related technologies. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Manager.
  • Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with vendors and internal parties
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of routing, switching, wireless and firewall products of major vendors are preferred. Some of the brands that we support are Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Arista, Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet and Juniper
  • Cisco, Huawei or other vendor certificate is a plus
