Product Development Manager
HGC Global Communications Limited, Hong Kong

• To develop product life cycle - idea generation, market research, building a market strategy, product development, create business cases, workflow development, market launch, and regular review process
• To manage the business for selected ranges of products and implement product marketing program to capture incremental revenues
• Achieves assigned quota for company’s assigned products
• To help in nurturing and managing the Company’s partnering relationship with vendors of selected products, and design and implement joint promotion events
• To help in the management of the Company’s overall product/solution portfolio

Requirements

• Should be a degree holder with 8 years’ experience in sales and/or product marketing in the ICT / Telecom / IT industry
• Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in new technologies and self-motivated
• Experience in professional service or SOC selling would be preferred
• Proficiency with power-point and Excel
• Strong people and communication skills
• Creative brainstorming, ambitious; self-starter; proactive and aggressive
• Passionate and knowledgeable about IT Security is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager or Product Executive
