Senior Account Manager / Sales Manager - ICT Solutions

• Act as the business owner of the assigned territories and manage a sales team in achieving annual sales, profitability and KPI targets;
• Partner with internal counterparts to deliver the best Customer Experience;
• Monitor and analyze the market transformation, formulate sales, solution and service strategies, develop key differentiators, and steer the team to secure long-term profitable sustainable business;
• Ally with industry-relevant vendors and business partners to stimulate opportunities and expand the addressable market(s).

Requirements

• A university graduate from IT, Business or related disciplines;
• 5 -10 years successful experience in sales and/or consultancy roles in ICT / Telecom industries;
• Experience in Corporate sales account servicing in Banking / Finance / Insurance / Securities would be preferrable;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a sales team;
• Passionate to learn and grow in the assigned business territories, the sectors’ business, technological and regulatory needs, and the wide range and depths of technology solutions/ services;
• Able to engage with clients and partners at C-Levels;
• Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good team-work player is a MUST;
• Applicants with less experience may be considered for Senior Account Manager.
