We are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Team Lead in charge of the APAC region. As a member of our Sales team, you will overview the inbound sales processes concerning bookings of Blueground properties for both Hong Kong and Singapore. As a member of our Inbound Sales function, you will drive revenue and productivity improvements for the Asian region.

This role will cover both Hong Kong and Singapore markets and can be fully remote from either two location.

What you will focus on:

  • Player-coach serving as the go-to resource for Sales team escalations and questions on our policies and processes
  • Contributing to the bookings and revenue productivity and personal development of Sales Associates on a day-to-day basis via real-time support, individual mentorship, and training
  • Responding to a limited quota of inbound leads in our Asian markets and helping to ensure a seamless full-cycle customer journey
  • Providing product and process feedback to internal teams such as Pricing, Business Development, and local stakeholders
  • Liaising with local GMs and leadership on best practices and operational efficiency
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our processes and policies, identifying process gaps in the inbound Sales workflow, and collaborating with Sales Operations to streamline operations

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2+ years managing individuals on a revenue-driving team (sales, real estate, business development or other)
  • Fast learner with ability to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for workflow optimization
  • Collaborative and friendly individual who thinks creatively and strengthens our company culture
  • Proactive problem solver who communicates openly and concisely
  • Fluent in Mandarin and near-native or fluent in English. Fluency in Cantonese a plus
