- Responsible for handling daily accounting matters, month-end closing amp; internal control
- Prepare management reports, schedules, reconciliation amp; perform financial analysis with accounting standard
- Handle month end closing matters independently
- Draft relevant policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors for annual financial audit, taxation and all financial affairs
- Costing management and collect information from subsidiaries for analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash-flow and forecast
- Prepare guidelines for subsidiaries in costing function
- Participate in statutory audit, stock-takes
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years direct supervisory experience in General Ledger
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related standard
- Strong analytical mind, independent amp; good problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded and work under pressure
- Good demand for inter-personal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Perform other duties as assigned
