About the Role
We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join Pici Taikoo Place, the latest addition to our collection of beloved neighbourhood pasta bars.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef as the second in command in kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service, and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards. You will also take ownership of back of house duties such as stock take and staff training.

Duties amp; Responsibilities
- Prepare the kitchen for service, both people and section
- Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards
- Support colleagues when needed
- Maintain adherence to health and hygiene procedures
- Manage and control stock
- Oversee and train team members
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in the kitchen as a Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of Western cuisine, ideally Italian
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility for your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
