Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical work, such as filing, document checking, scanning and data entry etc.
• Handle enquiries related to invoices amp; billings
• Assist in other accounting and administration assignments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in using the Microsoft NAV system would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS ExcelCommunicable in both written amp; spoken Chinese amp; English
• Careful, detail-minded, quick response with a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
