About the Role

We're now looking for a driven and focused individual to join us as the Guest Relations Manager.


As the Guest Relations Manager, you will play an essential role at Pirata Group, ensuring professional and flawless guest experiences across our outlets by anticipating and responding to our guest's needs.

Duties amp; Responsibilities

  • Analyse guest feedback and provide strategic direction aimed and continually improving the guest experience
  • Create and plan internal campaigns for brand uplift
  • Populate annual event calendar
  • Create targeted, innovative events targeted at our regular guests
  • Work closely with our operations teams to ensure flawless guest experiences
  • Effectively and efficiently deal with any issues guests may have

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A background in quality Famp;B operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A sound understanding of the relevant social media platforms
  • Sense of responsibility within your role
  • Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
