Senior Technical Marketing Manager

The Senior Technical Marketing Manager is a hands-on technologist who will work as a leader of the technical marketing team. This is a key individual contributor role that requires strong technical insights and the ability to produce high-quality technical content.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution of new products and improve upon GTM strategies for existing products;

• Generate high-quality technical content such as how-to videos, whitepapers, blogs, best practice guides, etc. Work with PM and Tech Specialist teams to refine and package content for internal and external consumption;

• Define demo topics and build story-driven demo scripts that capture our platform positioning and competitive differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the script to life;

• Develop solid working relationships with cross-functional teams to lead to the best understanding and delivery of business goals and priorities;

• Develop personas and build segmentation optimizing for improvement of UX through the delivery of more relevant content, promotions, and products across the right channels and time;

• Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans;

• Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas;

• Be the voice of the customers and Influence Product Design and Product pipeline to satisfy user needs.

Requirements

• Solid work experience that can span across marketing, product, sales, strategy, and operations;

• Solid Product GTM experience with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch;

• A very strong interest/knowledge of Cryptocurrency amp; Blockchain;

• Proven record in orchestrating a wide range of marketing initiatives - everything from strategic planning - to content marketing - to go-to-market implementation through project management;

• Excellent English writing and verbal communications skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable detailed plans;

• Ability to solve complex problems and rapidly formulate a clear point-of-view;

• Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done;
