We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager who has a passion for FinTech, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital wallets.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Brand Director, this role assists in communicating and leading brand marketing, content, social media, PR, and creativity to drive awareness, position products and services, and protect our brand reputation;
- Works closely with leadership to develop brand promotion and communications strategies to improve brand awareness and perceptions across all BUs in a few key markets;
- As the 'brand guardian', maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications;
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics;
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and offline;
- Work closely with the social media and PR team to develop 360 integrated end-to-end campaigns.
Requirements
- 7-8 years experience in brand marketing (less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive);
- Proven ability to develop brand marketing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership;
- Experience working in tech/crypto/startups;
- Experience working across multiple business lines and senior stakeholder management;
- Global experience working across different regions;
- Excellent understanding of full marketing mix;
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
- Knowledge in the crypto industry is highly advantageous;
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Strong project management abilities.
