Requirements
- In charge the sales correspondences (quotation/ contacts/ contract renewals) after CDEdefining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions.
- Maintaining data management and integrity to the system.
- Order follow up for key account clients.
- Working as sales administrator and sales buddy to the Sales team
- Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- F.6 or above/ Higher Diploma/University degree or equivalent in Business Administration with at least ONE TWO year working experience
- Fresh Graduate will be consider with less experience
- Solid experience on sales administration/ customer care/ business development field
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Independent, outgoing, energetic with good selling and closing skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude
- Immediate available is preferred
