Account Executive (HK)

Job Description
- Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Foster new relationships through proactively outreach to business owners, C-level management of startups and SMEs through email, call, LinkedIn, active participation in relevant events and presence in local startup communities
- Schedule online or in-person business pitches with prospects to uncover business needs, demonstrate Sleek solutions, assess their buying intent, negotiate and close deals
- Serve as the voice of customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and services
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings and sales revenue
Requirements
- Self motivated and success driven
- Cantonese and English (spoken, reading and writing) mandatory, Mandarin preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Existing network with local startup communities preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 2-3 years of outbound sales or business development experiences
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets
