Technical Project Manager, Application Development

Our client a leading commercial bank is looking for Technical Project Manager.

• Develop internet/mobile banking application programs to address business needs when required.
• Provide technical support in the development and maintenance of application software and products.
• Responsible for evaluation, analysis, design, verification, implementation and tuning of application software.
• Lead the iBanking team to implement various initiatives of the Business. Manage vendors as required for development.
• Gather and analysis business needs.
• Perform vendor evaluation and selection.
• Design application software and verifies delivered results.
• Ensure development work follow department standard and guideline.
• Ensure the software development progress according to schedule and participates in program development when necessary to meet the predefined development schedule.
• Prepare documentation of the analysis and design work.

• Provide technical support to ensure smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.
• Familiar with internet banking and mobile banking implementation
• Exposure to multiple computer platforms

Requirements

• Different programming languages/frameworks (e.g. Spring/Struts, JSP, WebServices (SOAP/JSON), JAVA, Ajax, HTML5, CSS
• Java, .NET, VBScript and solid knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL Server
• Knowledge and experience on mobile applications
• Solid experience in supporting channels systems

• 10 years experience in application software development with 3 to 5 years in senior system analysis.
• Solid experience with developing J2EE applications
• Familiar with eChannels system architecture design such as internet banking, mobile banking, mobile applications, weChat etc is preferable
• Experience in supporting Online banking infrastructure, Call Center, IVR, Branch Teller Systems, Securities Trading System is preferable
• Familiar with Middleware technologies (such as MQ, XML)
