Our client a Jewellery company is looking for General Manger - Sales amp; Marketing.
• Daily management of the operations of the studio
• Manage clients from first point of contact to post-sale services. Also compile and manage customer base.
• Identify and maintain relationships with clients
• Source rare gems for high end clientele
• Perform market research on prices and trends
• Perform weekly stock count and manage restocking and sales updates with H.O.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Little Red Book and an e-store)
• Engage in professional photography and videography for digital marketing
• Responsible for brand development
• Work on local and international partnerships to grow sales and brand name recognition
• Organize and manage local and international jewelry shows, private sales, events and trunk shows
• Responsibilities at jewelry shows include jewelry display, booth layout, business proposal, marketing materials, footnotes, product labels, Tamp;C, catering, insurance, shipping documents, logistics
• To work with H.O on new product development
• Consignment handling with H.O
Requirements
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and management of basic social media
Graduate (Business Management Degree will be best)
5yrs + experience in jewellery sales in the B2C market in HK
