Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account/ VIP Business Development Manager (Korea) to explore and maintain excellent relationships with our key clients, including growing the company's revenue by ensuring that the critical account clients are satisfied with the services and products provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, developing strategic solutions to achieve client’s long term goal and attending all meetings. You should also be able to create relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Seek out, develop, and close deals with high-net-worth clients/ , , ;
  • Maintain current and develop new relationships with crypto key account clients/ ;
  • Analyse all the crypto VIP account clients' requirements and develop solutions to complex problems, and provide assistance on a variety of services and products/ VIP , ;
  • To promote the full range of corporate products, campaigns, and solutions, delivering high-quality customer service to key account clients/ , ;
  • Monitor the performance of these customers and their portfolios in order to ensure stability and growth in business, be responsible for reaching the financial KPIs of the account/ KPI ;
  • Identify crypto VIP account clients' investment and portfolio requirements, and coordinate with the management and product line to ensure smooth project delivery/ VIP ;
  • Developing new business plans with key account clients and prospects in order to define new business relationships and drive sales leads/ ;
  • Built the right customer mix to ensure the short- and long-term goals/
  • Ensure compliance with all management reporting requirements, and monitor work according to company policies/ ;
  • Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies/ .;
  • Assist the Director and management, and cross-trade and design procedures to generate profitable sales in both existing and new business accounts through travelling, and customer visits to ensure the growth of the business/ , ;
  • Documents all strategic plans and procedures, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the senior management/ , .

Requirements

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines/ ;
  • Key/ VIP account or sales management experience in crypto exchange is a MUST/ Key/VIP ();
  • Prefer to be in the same role in the current exchange with existing VIP clients portfolio/ VIP ;
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, well organized, and detail-minded with solid business sense amp; market knowledge/ ;
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical amp; presentation skills/ , ;
  • Strategic thinking with excellent interpersonal amp; communication skills/ ;
  • Native in Korean and good at English (written and spoken)/ : amp; ( );
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts/ ;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills/ ;
  • Based in Korea and being able to work remotely is a MUST/ .
